Today the companies that are concerned with improving the profiles of their hires are the ones that are closest to being unicorns in the market, due to the commitment to generate growth both in their infrastructure and in the intellectual value of the talent that makes them up.

This web application will enable companies to invest in the growth of their talents and support the compliance of those hired through evaluations of team leaders to ensure the implementation of this knowledge in the execution of projects.
Knowing this, a researching process was carried out to collect more information and study the need of companies and users in the use of this type of tools to keep growth statistics.

Problem definition

As a hired professional you have the need to know the perspective that our leaders have on the profiles at a professional level, have an evaluation to know the virtues, deficiencies and do something to change them, but in most there are companies that do not have the interest to show or invest time in these activities due to the following details:
