Summary

It is a project created with the aim of being implemented in companies to track the progress of learning and attitudes in professionals, in order to meet the needs of organizational development.
Today the companies that are concerned with improving the profiles of their hires are the ones that are closest to being unicorns in the market, due to the commitment to generate growth both in their infrastructure and in the intellectual value of the talent that makes them up.
This web application will enable companies to invest in the growth of their talent and support the compliance of hired employees through evaluations by team leaders, ensuring the implementation of this knowledge in project execution.
With this in mind, a research process was carried out to gather more information and study the needs of companies and users regarding the use of these tools to track growth statistics.

Problem definition

As a hired professional, you need to understand the perspective that leaders have on your professional profile, receive an evaluation to identify your strengths and weaknesses, and take action to address them. However, many companies lack the interest or investment in these activities due to the following reasons:
  • Preference for hiring already-prepared staff.
  • Resignations from professionals when included in projects that do not align with their skills or interests.
  • Avoid investment in training.
  • Lack of motivation in the work environment.
  • No projects within the company.
  • Little interest in employee satisfaction.
  • The vision does not include talent growth.
  • Lack of job security.
  • Poor corporate structure.
  • Constant waivers.

What can be improved?

To make the measurement of professional profiles possible, it is important to motivate talent by quantifying their learning. To achieve this, the following aspects must be considered:
  • Having an individual profile account.
  • Managing statistics based on the knowledge one possesses from the start.
  • Receiving support from a team leader.
  • Providing HR access.
  • Including training opportunities.
  • Conducting a profile interview before assigning a project.
  • Implementing motivational methods.

This can be achieved through the implementation of an analytical, effective, and flexible system that can accomplish the following:

This allows the creation of solid foundations and motivates employees toward a vision of mutual growth. In the future, this approach makes it possible to set quality objectives, supported by a highly trained staff ready for high-level projects in the market.

She is analytical regarding the behavior of the different personalities around her.

She is responsible for tasks that involve interacting with all company personnel, so organization is part of her nature.

She uses conventional methods to assess talent, such as brief interviews, reviewing social media, and possibly contacting other companies for performance references.

However, she would like to have access to a database that includes a person's profile, tracking everything they’ve demonstrated since joining the company, so she can compare and evaluate more effectively.

Is highly organized, methodical, and values effective teamwork. He has a great passion for human resources and is focused on improving company dynamics by analyzing each employee’s development. However, he feels that the current system for tracking employees' progress is not sufficiently detailed. It does not provide the depth of information needed to evaluate employees’ true potential and growth in the company.

Believes that with the right tools, he could easily identify employees' strengths and weaknesses, track their development over time, and create a more effective plan for professional growth. This would allow him to assign people to the most suitable projects and improve overall performance. He needs a tool that can provide more comprehensive data and real-time feedback on the team’s progress and accomplishments.

He’s also aware that training is vital for continuous growth, but the lack of tools to track learning and development has made it harder to quantify employees' skills and abilities. Rodrigo envisions a platform that could simplify this process, allowing him to easily access relevant information and manage the growth of his team more effectively.

After analyzing all the research on the user persona and the minimum viable product, I aimed to visualize how the user interface could be designed and how the interactions could highlight the profiles' skills, attitudes, and projects.

WIREFRAMES

A flow focused on profile visualization is considered useful. However, it can only be modified by individuals in leadership roles. When changes are saved, the results are displayed. These edits can only be made collaboratively by leaders and HR members.

A high-resolution prototype has been created to demonstrate the features intended for inclusion in the All Community functionality.
